2 CA. 1928 PIN-UP PORTRAITS PRETTY ACTRESSES, SIDNEY FOX & CAROLE LOMBARD?

Description

This pair of colored prints of 2 separate women were mechanically produced from photographs, on which someone has written a place and date, Rodondo Beach, 1928. Both are taken from artist original renderings, not photographs. The dark haired beauty is labeled as Sidney Fox, an actress who died from an overdose of sleeping pills.  The other is not identified on the image but she appears to be the famous, Carole Lombard.  Both are semi glossy mounted on a stiff composition board, like a scrap book or hard cover book cover.  On the opposite side of each you see two more portraits, but these are quite worn and aged. The boards are approx 11 1/2" x 8 1/2".  The two portraits in better condition are good enough to be framed, or otherwise displayed.  The Sidney Fox image has one tiny white spot in her hair next to her ear, which can be touched up by a black magic marker.  Check out my OTHER ITEMS/SELLER STORE.
