This is an absolutely stunning Art Nouveau (Jugendstil) b
owl by Carl Knoll, Carlsbad, Austria circa 1900-Bohemia/Czechoslovakia mark. 4 applied gold gilt handles, iridescent pearlized free-form shape. Simply gorgeous and rare. This measures approx 4" tall and 6" wide, I see no chips or cracks. There appears to be some wear on the gold handles but I'm not sure if these were meant to look this way or if they're truly worn? This will be packaged very carefully, double boxed and insured. Thank you.
