It is marked Made in Austria, Royal Wettina, with the letters R H under a crown. According to my research, the Robert Hanke Porcelain Factory was founded in 1882. Robert Hanke worked from 1882 until 1914, and the factory closed in 1945. "Made in Austria" denotes the early 20th century before the Austrian borders were redrawn. The Art Nouveau style was most popular between 1890 and 1910.
