Description
This is the prettiest bowl I have ever owned. Stamped TK and marked with the green double shield & crown mark & Vienna. This porcelain was produced & decorated in (then) Klosterle, Bohemia Austria - now Klasterec in the Czech Republic. This porcelain mark was used by PH Leonard from 1890-1908.The design of vibrant magenta lilies with raised anthers & scrolling foliage is hand painted and gilded. This is possibly the work of H. Loffler , who worked at he factory during this time. I saw a matching plate which was attributed to him being sold about 5 years ago on the East coast. late 1800s (1811-1888).
I have held onto this bowl as a personal favorite of all my things. It is 9” long & 6 1/2” across & about 3 3/4” tall. There are 3 pedestal feet & the underside is as beautiful as the top.
I am happy to combine shipping. please pay within 3 days. Please do not buy if you do not intend to pay (do you think I really need to say this). I take tons of pics & try to describe any/all defects so you will get the item you expect. Please ask questions prior to buying or bidding. I do not ship to 3rd parties, since I have had nothing but headaches doing so. I am selling my personal collections and describe the best that I can, but mistakes can be made. I collected older items that I found interesting & these items usually look their age, ie scuffs, fraying ect.
I still have not figured out why when I edit an item, Ebay occasionally changes stuff, ie free returns (NOT), free shipping (NOT) unless i put it in the ad. I have to check frequently to see if/how my items have been tampered with.
Return Policy - I accept returns if I have made a mistake in the listings or the item has a defect. I do NOT return because of buyers remorse. The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise in writing), in its original packaging, Insured, if available, for its purchase price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt. The BUYER pays for return shipping and insurance, unless agreed otherwise between the buyer and seller.
