An XXL MeshComfort™ Lounger chair with a contoured, high backrest provides un-matched comfort and is even paired with molded foam armrests. Swivel silently 360-degrees for any angle shooting.     What we sell
    We mainly deal in "open box" items.  These are generally store returns from box stores or on-line stores, shelf pulls or box damaged items.  We define these in a number of different ways.
    "Open Box" = any item that we have had to open the box to inspect because it no longer is factory sealed.
    New = Any item that still has the original manufactured packaging and is still sealed.
    New (Other) = Any item that is still new but the packaging has been opened, is damaged or may even be missing.  We typically test these items for functionality and inspect the accessories that come with to make sure it is all there.
    Used = Any item that has been used or may have been used.  Many new items will be categorized as used because we can't guarantee that it is new or because manuals or hardware may be missing.  We will not this in our listing.
    Not working or for parts = Items that do not work or may not work.  Often we can't test items so we sell them in bulk this way.
    We do our best to test all items.  We test basic functionality, but some defects may be missed.  Many items cannot be tested so we use our best judgement as to the functionality of the product.  Our level of testing will be described in our listing.
    Payment
    Payment is due immediately on Buy it Now and within 48 days of close of sale on Auctions.Payments are to be made on Paypal.  We accept no other means of payment.
    Shipping Policy
    All orders payed for by 11AM will be shipped same day.  All other orders will be shipped next day.  This applies Monday Through Friday excluding holidays.  We reserve the right to use either UPS or USPS depending on cost.  Larger items will often ship UPS.   We try to note the means of shipping in our listing, but it could change depending on location.Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
    Return Policy
    All items have a 14 day satisfaction guarantee.  We charge a restocking fee on all returns due to buyers remorse (this includes any reason for return other than the item being broken or poorly described), refused shipments, wrong addresses and cancelled shipments equal to the original shipping charges when we sent the item to you.
    To receive a refund the item must be returned with all original packaging, accessories and in original condition.  In addition to the return restocking charge, items that are not sent back in the original condition will incur a restocking charge of based on what the resale value is after the return or the item may be returned to you and no refund issued.  This is at our discretion.
    Please contact us if you have an issue or wish to return the item for authorization.  Buyer is responsible for all return costs.  Serial numbers are noted where applicable and returned items must match the serial number sent out for a refund to be issued.  If an item arrives to you DOA or is not close to the description as we described it, we will pay return costs.  We still ask that you take care to repackage it just as you received it and send back all
    accessories.
