Lady Portrait Plate Antique MZ Austria Hand Painted Art Nouveau Bohemian Beehive

Cleaning out this week. Any low pricing is not indicative of item value. This
listing is for a wonderful Art Nouveau Austrian Portrait Plate of a beautiful young lady with flowing hair and a serene expression. She has a burgandy red surround with ornate pretty gold patterning all around. There are some white hand painted highlight details to her chemise. She makes a striking, dramatic impression when hung on a wall. There is a signed name at the front bottom left, Constance, may be the artist or could even be the character the lady is portraying, I do not know. The back has several marks, a beehive with the word Austria in blue along with the numbers 9434 10. In dark green is the MZ Austria mark for Moritz Zdekauer company active from 1884-1909. Condition is really good for the age, a few teeny, tiny very light scratches but next to no wear on the gold paint. There is one tiny bubble pop in the gold inner rim, and some scattered excess gold paint spots on the back of the plate. I don't see any chips, cracks or major damage, there is a small area of clear residue at the bottom of the plate, more felt than seen unless looking across the finish in shining light. May be from tape? Didn't want to take off the gold so we never messed with it - not really visible/distraction unless you look for it. It might come off with a good soaking. The photos can be viewed close-up and should be considered part of the description. We try to be picky when describing so you understand the condition. Measures 9.75" across at the widest. This is really lovely plate to add to a collection or start a new one!
