    Gallery Glass Window Color Textured Paint Crystal Clear 8oz NEW! (Read). Condition is "New". This water based water-based clear textured paint bottle has never been used. The seal is in place. When I unscrewed the cap, however, I did notice that the adhesive on the seal was loose in a place which has meant that the paint has thickened and yellowed with some evaporation. Since it is water based, I am guessing that you can add water to adjust the consistency to your liking. Sold as is. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
