Cancellation
Per eBay policy regarding cancellation, we are required to accept a cancellation within 1 (one) hour of the time you placed your order. Please understand, that once we process your order, it is very difficult to reverse it, and impossible once we shipped the item. If you need to cancel after your hour expires, you will have to follow the steps laid out in the return policy, once the item arrives.

ou have 30 days from the date you received your purchase, to return it for refund, subject to the following conditions:
"The date you received your purchase" means, specifically, the date the carrier has on record that they delivered the package to your house. If you are not certain of this date, check online with the tracking number, to see what date is on record for the delivery.
The item is considered "returned" on the date the carrier has on record, that they delivered the item back to our warehouse/supplier. We will not allow a refund unless the date occurs before the 30 days have elapsed, so it is important that you act promptly, or else we cannot guarantee the refund. In this case, we may refuse the returned package.
ALL returns, regardless of reason, must be in the ORIGINAL packaging, UNLESS the packaging was so badly damaged in shipment that they are no longer usable for that purpose. IF THIS is the case with your shipment, we will need PHOTOS of the damaged package. You should take these photos from several different angles, BEFORE you try to open it.
Return unsatisfactory products
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you just changed your mind, you can return the product, and you must pay for return shipping, and we will also charge back the original shipping that we already paid when we shipped your item. And you must return the item in new or unused, unopened, unmarked, unwashed or original condition with all original material included with the shipment.
All returns must be requested through eBay, for return authorization and shipping address. Please note,
never send a return without opening a return request

Return defective products
If your item(s) are defective or damaged in transit, you must notify us within 7 days from the delivery date, and we will reply with instructions for the return. And please provide us with the following info:
Photos of the shipping label and SKU bar code
Photos or video of defective item
Detailed description of the problem
Again, in the event of shipping damage, you must get this info BEFORE you try to open the package. Our supplier needs this to protect themselves against a fraudulent return. We will use the info to determine whether you need to ship back the item back to us, or simply dispose of it.
If we decide the item should be return-shipped, we will pay for the return shipping label, but in either case, we will give you a full refund.
Undeliverable package
The honest truth is that we have no way of knowing if your address is correct. Only you can give us your correct address. So if your address is wrong, or there is no safe place available at your shipping address when the courier tries to deliver your package, we will not accept responsibility for that, so MAKE SURE your address info is correct. Otherwise, we will charge you the original shipping that we paid for your shipment.
