Sailing camcleat mounting pads - 2 pieces

Sailing camcleat mounting pads - 2 pieces.
I bought these for a sailboat I built in 1980 but only sailed for one season before being destroyed overwinter.
they were never used or mounted and areclean but have been in a box for years and show simple wear from being moved around..
It looks like the base for a Harken CamCleat 150 which is what I would have used on the boat - but there are no markings.
imagine they are stainless steel as they are not aluminum and are not magnetic.
