Up for consideration is a stunning antique Ernst Wahliss Turn Wien Austria porcelain vase. The vase is white with a beautiful hand painted lavender, violet & green sweet pea decor with raised gold outlines. The vase has heavy gold gilt with a reticulated top opening. The vase stands 14 1/2" tall, 5 1/8" diameter at the base & 5 1/4" from handle to handle. The piece is signed EW Turn Wien Depose Made in Austria with the blue crown mark & the #'s 2238 10 painted on & 3232 embossed on the base. The vase is in wonderful condition for the age--the painted decor is in very good condition. The top opening of the vase has a couple of small chips or roughness & some gold loss.
