Thank you for your interest, please let me know if you have any questions or need more details.
Ebay is now requiring payment within 3 days or they are automatically canceling the transaction without any warning. I understand things come up so if we made a deal I will still honor it in the future if it's still available.
For most of my items I have a flat rate shipping listing that I estimate and insurance is included in that total.
Please be aware that ebay has recently started managing and collecting sales tax for some states and may appear on your invoices that I cannot control, it does not come to me, and I cannot revise your invoice. To avoid paying sales tax you may file your re-sale paperwork with ebay, everything is different for each state.
I list my items with no returns simply because I cannot offer replacement items because most everything I have is unique so I cannot meet their obligations. On occasion I do make mistakes and want everyone to enjoy their new treasure so if there is ever an issue please let me know.
As for paintings and fragile items listed this way shipping takes a little planning and the cost will determined by where they need to be delivered.
Items listed as freight are also available for local pickup.
When I offer freight and local pickup on an item there is a glitch and it seems to state same day shipping which is never the case on a unique item, it simply means that the item is available for pickup that day.
Plan on freight deliveries being 6-8 weeks from payment.
For these large or fragile items, I recommend plycongroup dot com and my zipcode is 14904, they give efficient online quotes.
Uship dot com also works well. Sometimes for items on the east coast I can make arrangements with local companies.
When I make the shipping arrangements ebay charges us ten percent commission on the shipping cost and I try to keep everything as reasonable as possible.
